Despite how dangerous power lines are, kids still feel an urge to play around with them. In legal terms, an “attractive nuisance.” A nuisance that results in kids losing their lives. So Illinois Power, by law, had to create safety messages. But to make them powerful and thought provoking wasn’t required by law. It was required by us.
